Very helpful!
I was on my union's waiting list and was told those that would be working a particular job would get into the class first. It has been really difficult to get into one of these certification classes. Needless to say, I'm very happy your company offers this. I really liked the charts outlining electrical lines in particular.
I think what would make it excellent is if you added videos showing common mistakes as well as the proper way to get, for example, untangled, how to maneuver out of a problem area, if you have to go over a street curb- what's the safest way to do it, and whatever other real life issues come up. I would totally watch these.
